The Process
The vision of the video was to showcase the lifestyle of an athlete who uses CBD as part of a training program. The crux of the social media campaign revolved around the video featuring Mickey Gall. We had one day to film the video and shoot all the photo assets that were going to be a part of the campaign.
Going into the production, we had a social media posting schedule with all the assets that we needed as well as a full plan for the video. Our biggest obstacle was working with a smaller budget, in order to create a final piece with a bigger budget look and feel. We knew it would be a fun challenge with a company we wanted to team up with.
We traveled to Burbank, CA to film at MusclePharm gym, where we had access to the entire facility. Along with shooting footage for the video, we also had a team shooting product shots and lifestyle shots. Furthermore, a team was also shooting behind the scenes.
