The Process
Inspiration for the video came from Leonardo Delassandri’s Watchtower of Turkey video. The two aesthetics that influenced our approach were movement and transitions. Our gear list included a RigWheels car mount and Freefly Systems camera gimbal. As a result, the gear allowed us to film dynamic shots and smooth movement.
We kept in mind that the sequence was going to be a montage, and we filmed shots with reveals to provide natural transitions in editing.
