The Process
Director Daniel Mogg and DP Jason Johnson reached out with a quick turn production for Alaska Airline’s with the Bay Area’s own Mr. (Not-so)Irrelevant. We had a few calls to chat about the details, and luckily the team had creative dialed in and access to a beautiful field at SJSU that lined up with production’s schedule. When working with athletes you are always short on time and that means we needed to plan out every angle and shot prior to the shoot and ensure we maximized our time with Brock. And thats exactly what we ending up doing. The team got together for a tech scout and we actually shot and mocked up the entire commercial so we knew exactly how the finally video would flow. We were excited to bring on amazing local crew and work with new faces from The Emerald City.
